If you are looking for a quick, easy and satisfying meal, this is definitely a great one to try!
Pasta Noodles (Any shape you like)
Italian Sausage (I used Mild)
1 bunch of Kale (Clean, remove all stems, and tear into bite sized pieces)
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
-Boil Water and cook pasta according to package directions
-Remove Sausage from casing (if you bought links) and brown over med/med high heat in about 1 Tsp of Olive Oil
-Add Chopped Garlic
-Add Kale and 1 cup of heavy cream (more or less according to your preference)
-Let the kale cook down for about 10 minutes
-Add the pasta
-Add about 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese and mix it all together.
*Optional: Add Red Pepper Flakes*
*If you feel it needs more liquid you can add more cream or even a splash of the pasta water
